The idea
Carefully camouflaged on the green banks of the Douro River, this magnificent space is the perfect place for a family getaway or a special event.
If you reach out, it will feel as though you could touch the vines on the opposite bank. That is because Casa do Rolapipas is set within a rural landscape, right beside the Douro.
The surrounding area is landscaped, with both car and pedestrian paths and parking: nature at your doorstep, with every comfort close at hand.
Origin
From an 1874 house, a space of excellence
This development results from the reconstruction of a dwelling that dates back to 1874. The rehabilitation followed a rigorous requalification project which, respecting the architectural design of the Douro and using the most advanced methods and technologies, created a space of excellence and comfort.
With contemporary decoration and architectural design, the house offers bedrooms with river views, generous spaces, terraces and a pool over the Douro: timeless charm with the comfort of today.
